Bollywood player Akshay Kumar has recently filed a defamation suit of Rs 500 crore on YouTuber in Bihar.
A YouTuber named Rashid Siddiqui posted fake videos on his YouTube channel named FF News linking Akshay to the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The accused claimed in his video that Akshay had helped Riya Chakraborty, the main accused in the Sushant case, flee to Canada.
Such serious allegations were leveled against Akshay
According to MidDay, YouTube also claimed in its fake video that Akshay is also secretly talking to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray in the Sushant case.
Apart from this, it was also claimed that Akshay Kumar was not happy with Sushant getting the super hit film ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’.
Now as soon as Akshay came to know about this video, he did not delay in taking legal action.
YouTube posted a fake video to increase followers
YouTuber Rashid has earned Rs 15 lakhs in just four months through this fake video. This YouTuber from Bihar is a 25-year-old young civil engineer.
Not only this, in a short time its number of subscribers has increased from one lakh to 3.70 lakh.
During the investigation, police came to know that Rashid used the news of Sushant’s death only to increase his followers.
