In the opening match of the seventh season of Hero Indian Super League (ISL), the Kerala Blasters will face defending champions ATK Mohun Bagan at GMC Stadium in Bambolim today. Both teams are old in the league and both have a tremendous fan base.

That is why the seventh season of the league starts with a match between two tremendous teams. Both teams are face to face in the season opener for the third time. Kerala Blasters have won in the first two matches and now it remains to be seen whether they will be able to do this for the third time.
A lot has changed since the last time the two teams clashed. Keibo Vikuna has replaced Elko Scatori as the head coach for the Kerala Blasters. This is the same Vikuna, who won the I-League title to Mohun Bagan last season and did all this on the basis of his attacking football.
Now Vikuna has a new challenge and he has to prove himself. Meanwhile, Kerala’s opposition, defending champion and three-time winner ATK Mohun Bagan would like to start the season as title contenders, as it has strengthened its team under the supervision of head coach Antonio Lopez Habas.
